Biophan Technologies to Present at Small Cap Conference

ROCHESTER, N.Y. --(Business Wire)-- Oct. 20, 2004 -- Biophan Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: BIPH), a developer of next-generation biomedical technology, has announced it will present an overview of the Company to investment professionals attending the Small Cap Conference in Beverly Hills, CA, on Friday, Oct. 22. Biophan's CEO, Michael Weiner, will be making the presentation.'s Small Cap Conference, to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, will be attended by a variety of small cap brokers, fund managers, and investment bankers.

Mr. Weiner will discuss Biophan's leading role in the development of technologies to make implantable biomedical devices and surgical tools safe and compatible with the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) environment, as well as several new technology initiatives.
