Casale Media Joins NAI; Company to Help Improve Consumers' Perception of Online Advertising and Privacy
TORONTO --(Business Wire)-- Aug. 4, 2005 -- Casale Media, a leading online display media company, today announced that it has become an associate member of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) to help further protect the privacy rights of web users. Casale Media fully supports the NAI's educational and legislative initiatives, as well as their work to promote the long-term growth and viability of the Internet as a beneficial marketing channel.
The NAI, a cooperative group of network advertisers, provides consumers with clear explanations of Internet advertising practices and their implications, and has worked in conjunction with the Federal Trade Commission to develop a set of privacy principals to which member companies must adhere.
