Sheffield, United Kingdom, Nov 07, 2012 ( via COMTEX) -- The award winning international call provider has today launched new and updated versions of its Internet Phone desktop app. There are two versions available for free download, one for Windows and one for Mac computers. The apps are new, updated versions packed full of new features as well as being more user friendly, reliable and stable. Consumers can download the free apps to make cheap international calls and send international text messages from 0.3p per minute. Plus, Localphone customers can call each other for free via the Internet Phone.

New features of the apps: Users can make and receive calls.

Users can send international text messages.

Users will receive notifications of missed calls.

Users can make calls and send SMS straight from the keypad dialer.

Real time account balance displayed.

Auto sync your account with the website.

Users can download the free Localphone apps from the website.
