PCB Market in China 2011-2015 Report Celestica Inc., Flextronics International Ltd., Tripod Technology Corp., and Unimicron Technology Corp. Dominates

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Dublin - Research and Markets ( has announced the addition of the "PCB Market in China 2011-2015" report to their offering.

TechNavio's analysts forecast the PCB market in China to grow at a CAGR of 6.1 percent over the period 2011-2015. One of the key factors contributing to this market growth is the increasing demand for PCBs in digital consumer electronics. The PCB market in China has also been witnessing the miniaturization of PCBs.

Other vendors mentioned in the report are Wus Corp., GuangDong Ellington Electronics Tech Co. Ltd., and Founder PCB Co. Ltd.

Commenting on the report, an analyst from TechNavio's Hardware team said: "Miniaturization of printed circuit boards (PCBs) is an emerging trend in the PCB market in China. The demand for compact and small electronic devices is increasing, which is leading to a reduction in the size of the PCBs used in these devices. PCBs are highly dense with many layers of interconnected wires as they are designed to perform a wide range of functions. Miniaturized PCBs are used in most of the compact devices such as smartphones, tablet computers and digital cameras. Thus, this trend is expected to increase significantly in the future and lead to the development of highly miniaturized PCBs." According to the report, the fast growth in sales of digital consumer electronic devices is driving the growth of the PCB market in China. The PCB is the core component in digital consumer electronic products. Digital consumer electronic products such as plasma TVs and liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs are in high demand in the market. These products require a large number of PCBs. In addition, there are many other digital consumer electronic products such as digital cameras, MP3 players and DVD players in which PCBs are used as the core components. Thus, the increasing demand for digital consumer electronics is driving the growth of the PCB market in China.

Further, the report discusses that the slow growth in PCB technology is negatively affecting the market.
