OnFocus Adds 75 New Hospitals in Q4

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- onFocus Healthcare, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise performance management solutions for the healthcare services marketplace, today announced that it has added a total of 75 new hospital customers for its OnFocus|epm(TM) software to date during the fourth quarter, making it the strongest growth quarter in the company's history. These organizations join more than 200 leading health systems, ACOs, payers and other provider organizations from around the country already using OnFocus|epm to automate their enterprise performance management processes to improve employee focus, execution, and results on the critical outcomes required to succeed in healthcare reform.

"We have been very fortunate to have worked with so many quality-oriented and performance-driven organizations," said Steven J. Mason, Jr. President and CEO of onFocus Healthcare. "We are pleased to welcome this latest group of hospitals to our rapidly growing user community, and we look forward to working with them to help create meaningful and sustainable performance improvements in the way they provide services." OnFocus|epm is a unique web-based enterprise performance management (epm) software solution that solves one of the biggest problems in healthcare - the ability to execute quickly, predictably and continuously at all levels of the health system.

By integrating strategic and operational planning with business intelligence, employee accountability and real-time progress tracking and performance monitoring, OnFocus|epm helps providers execute and sustain the enterprise-wide cultural and behavioral changes required to shift from a "fee-for-service" to a risk-based reimbursement model. For the past three years, OnFocus|epm has been proven to increase execution on strategic and operational objectives by as much as 30 percent, delivering and sustaining more optimal results in less time and with fewer resources than disconnected and paper-based management approaches.
