BRIEF: Social media success for Zain KSA

Jan 02, 2013 (Arab News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Zain KSA concluded 2012 in the wake of obtaining the award for second best interactive page in the telecommunications sector on the social networking site (Facebook) in the Arab world.

Zain was honored at a ceremony organized by the Pan Arab Awards Academy in Jordan.

The company says is always working on the development of its pages on social networking sites as it believes in the importance of communicating with customers in all most interactive and popular websites the in the world.

It stressed that it will continue its hard work to reach an advanced positions with its services, and to enhance its subscribers experiences through all interactive communication channels.

The company said it had launched a number of communications channels to diversify the means of communication with the users of its network to provide them with high quality service, especially with high level of importance that these sites gained among the Internet users around the world.

Zain KSA said all subscribers can communicate with its customer care staff via the company's website in addition to its social networking accounts Facebook: Zain KSA and Twitter: @ZainKSA.
