Annese Hires Director of Managed Services to Spearhead Rapidly Growing Area of Business

Clifton Park, N.Y., Jan 10, 2013 ( via COMTEX) -- Annese & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mike Decker has rejoined the company in the newly created position, Director of Managed Services. Mike will be based in Annese's flagship office in Clifton Park and will report to VP of Services, Jamie Aiello.

Most recently, Mike was employed with The Golub Corporation where he held the title, Manager of Technology Services. Prior to that endeavor, Mike was Regional Engineer Manager at Annese for three years.

"After a two year leave, I'm thrilled at the opportunity to rejoin the Annese family," states Mike. "I have been in Information Technology for nearly 25 years with multiple companies throughout the area. Annese is certainly one of the premier IT service providers in the industry that I have experienced; they just get it. Whether it's products, services, or support, Annese consistently delivers industry leading solutions with a very talented team. I am looking forward to growing the Managed Services portfolio with a customer centric and skilled technical team." Today, it is less likely for small-medium sized businesses to own or maintain their workplace communications infrastructure themselves; therefore, the demand for managed service providers is growing at an exponential rate. Managed services enable business owners to hand over the responsibility and up-front investment to an experienced provider, then reap the benefits of increased efficiency and lower operating costs.

Leadership at Annese recognized the need to identify a dedicated lead to spearhead this rapidly growing area of business. The company currently offers five managed offerings around: remote network monitoring and remediation, hosted unified communications, hosted video, hosted video content management, and hosted wireless.

"I am very pleased to welcome Mike Decker to Annese," said Jamie Aiello. "Mike brings a wealth of experience in the areas of customer support, business development, and operations leadership; as well as an energetic approach to business. Mike will be tasked with building on Annese's successful track record in the delivery of managed services by targeting new customers across various sectors." About Annese & Associates, Inc.
