M2M Evolution Conference and Expo Hosts Record Audience

TMCnet News
Top-tier speakers and robust agenda increase attendance, create effective programming
MIAMI - January 31, 2013 - TMC (News - Alert) and Crossfire Media today announced record numbers at M2M Evolution Conference & Expo, currently being held in Miami, Florida. The M2M Evolution conference boasts record attendance and an impressive cross section of job titles thanks to intriguing speakers, influential sponsors and major carrier involvement.

M2M Evolution is collocated with ITEXPO Miami, the world's largest and best-attended communications and technology trade show, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Top speakers, including Jurgen Hase, vice president M2M competence center for Deutsche Telekom (News - Alert) GA; and Fred Yentz, president and CEO at ILS Technology, made a splash at the Miami conference, as did the involvement from AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom.
Companies making announcements, such as Modus and Gurtam, provided attendees with a first-hand look at state-of-the-art machine-to-machine products and solutions, and also brought crowds to the conference, proving that the M2M industry is continuing its tremendous growth trajectory.
"Our Miami M2M Evolution content represented a turning point for the M2M community. The M2M Evolution discussions transitioned from technology centric to more about ROI and business case studies for M2M." said Carl Ford (News - Alert), president of Crossfire Media and conference chairman for M2M Evolution. "The implementation stories that were presented at the conference - from Spireon and Coca-Cola to ILS Technology and Restaurant Technologies, Inc. - provided real-world examples of M2M in action. We even had an M2M Evolution shout-out from former Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs as part of the Spireon implementation presentation. It has been a terrific event, and we look forward to M2M Evolution in August.'
M2M Evolution Conference and Expo will move to Las Vegas August 26-29, 2013, and is now accepting speaking proposals. The conference program will focus on topics that inform and educate attendees of the latest technologies, current and future regulatory policies, new verticals, new applications and all of the hottest topics in the Machine-to-Machine industry.
