Voxbone Rolls Out New Partner Program

Feb 01, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Voxbone announced a new partnership program for VoIP solutions providers to ease customer deployments of international telephone and toll-free services via technical and marketing cooperation.

According to a release, AudioCodes, Matrix Telecom and REVE Systems are the first partners to join.

The Voxbone Partner Program launched in conjunction with ITEXPO East in Miami, where Voxbone and the partners exhibited.

Voxbone said the program is designed to simplify customers' ability to obtain global telecommunications solutions. AudioCodes, Matrix Telecom, REVE Systems and future partners will work with Voxbone to demonstrate use cases for global numbers and SIP networks, ensure SIP interoperability, and develop joint technical documentation, the company said.

Voxbone added that its offering of telephone numbers in more than 50 countries allows service providers, contact centers and enterprises using the partners' VoIP solutions to offer customers local numbers that ring on VoIP-enabled systems, phones or applications anywhere in the world.

The partners tested the following products for interoperability with Voxbone inbound services: -AudioCodes enterprise-class session border controller and media gateway product lines; Mediant digital media gateways; MediaPack analog media gateways; and managed services and solutions for Microsoft Lync deployments -Matrix Telecom enterprise-class Eternity IP-PBX, and Media Gateway, SMB SAPEX, and SOHO SETU product lines -REVE Systems iTel Switch Plus (Softswitch Platform), iTel Media Gateway, Session Border Controller, Mobile VoIP Solutions and iTel Billing "We're very excited to work closely with our partners in the VoIP solutions industry, starting with AudioCodes, Matrix Telecom and REVE Systems," said Hugh Goldstein, Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Voxbone. "We expect the Voxbone Partner Program to help our partners attract new customers and enable new customer deployments based on inbound international DID and toll-free SIP trunking services." "We're pleased to participate along with Voxbone, bringing high-quality and secure SIP-based communications to a wide range of businesses," said Alan Percy, Senior Director of Marketing, North America at AudioCodes.

"Matrix is excited to partner with Voxbone to benefit our distribution partners, VARs and system integrators engaged in developing and deploying myriad voice applications using our feature-reach SIP compliant gateways and IP-PBX solutions," said Shaun Trivedi, Director of Product Marketing and Business Development at Matrix Telecom.

"We have decided to partner with Voxbone to provide easy integration of Voxbone's platform of geographical and toll-free access numbers with our Mobile VoIP and Softswitch Platform, which is used by more than 1,900 service providers across 70 countries," said Sanjit Chatterjee, Director of Global Marketing at REVE Systems.
