DALLAS --(Business Wire)--

Global data center services provider, CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE), will be hosting NANOG (News - Alert) 57 in Orlando, FL., on February 4-6, 2012. The North American Network Operators Group (NANOG) is an education and operations organization that coordinates and disseminates technical information related to backbone/enterprises networking technologies and operational practices.

"Committing to this event and its attendees is a natural fit for CyrusOne (News - Alert)," said Josh Snowhorn, vice president and general manager, Interconnection. "At CyrusOne, we help our clients realize operational data center and network efficiencies with our best-in-class reliability. NANOG members are concerned about meeting their fluctuating capacity and demands for Internet growth, and this event provides the forum for that dialogue to occur through networking with colleagues, learning new skills, advanced networking techniques, and discovering new network applications."

CyrusOne specializes in highly reliable enterprise data center colocation, engineering facilities with the highest power redundancy (2N architecture) and power-densityinfrastructure required to deliver excellent availability. The company has 24 carrier neutral data center facilities across the United States, Europe, and Asia that give customers the flexibility and scale to perfectly match their specific growth needs. Customers include nine of the Fortune 20 companies and more than 100 of the Fortune 1000.

NANOG provides a forum where thought leaders from the network research, operator and vendor communities can come together to identify and solve the problems that arise in operating and growing the Internet. NANOG was formed to promote dialog between people concerning the creation, maintenance and operation of Internet Protocol networks. NANOG events are held tri-annually and attract more than 450 Internet network operations, engineers, and software and hardware vendors from around the world. This will be the first NANOG meeting with a new format, with sessions beginning on Monday and ending on Wednesday. Registration for NANOG 57, held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, can be handled prior to the event or be done on site.
