Nostalgia Electrics Makes '20s Style Pop

Green Bay, Wisconsin, Oct 09, 2013 ( via COMTEX) -- The American 1920s are known for jazz and parties, and Nostalgia Electrics' newest popcorn popper will have consumers dancing the Charleston.

Nostalgia has taken fans of the brand to the whimsical 1900s, the rock-n-roll energy of the 1950s and now the swinging Jazz Age with its new era line, the Gatsby Series. The first in this series is the Roaring '20s Kettle Popcorn Popper, an Art Deco-inspired popping sensation.

"Our era lines have been very popular, and we wanted to bring in a new look and celebrate a new decade with consumers," said Rob Houston, Director of Product Development at Nostalgia Products Group. "We think of the '20s as a time of fun and style, and that's what the Gatsby Series is all about." Named after the iconic F. Scott Fitzgerald novel "The Great Gatsby" set in the 1920s, the series' design evokes the glamour of that same roaring decade but combines it with modern convenience. The Roaring '20s Kettle Popcorn Maker's stainless steel kettle pops up to 10 cups of popcorn per batch and features a built-in stirring system that keeps kernels moving and popping. With its easy-clean kettle, convenient serving drawer and sturdy tilt handle, there's no prohibition on great snacks! The Nostalgia Electrics Roaring '20s Kettle Popcorn Maker is now available in-store, with a suggested retail of $79.99.
