Arete Development Launches New England Division

FAIRFIELD, N.J. & WINDSOR, Conn. & MANSFIELD, Mass. & LINCOLN, R.I. --(Business Wire)--

Arete Development, Inc. and Subsidiaries, an established provider of wireless infrastructure services, headquartered in New Jersey, is excited to announce its expansion into the New England market. The company is investing significant resources in launching operations as well as continuing its expansion into other markets across the US.

Cindy Lepore has been named Director of Business Development and Justine Twofoot has been named Director of Programs for the New England Division. In a joint effort, Cindy and Justine are responsible for planning, supporting and managing wireless clients' programs and projects for CT, MA, RI, ME, VT and NH.

Cindy is responsible for specific initiatives in marketing, client management, sales growth and expansion. Cindy, a graduate of Bryant University, has more than 16 years of senior level experience managing sales, sales tams, business development and marketing responsibilities for a wide range of telecommunications service companies including CLECs, T-Mobile (News - Alert) corporate, and infrastructure (wireline, structured cabling, wireless, IT and A/E/C) and previously managed similar responsibilities at Maxton Technology.

Justine will be responsible for specific initiatives in client relationship, training, project management, programs, recruitment of employees and subcontractors, and profitability. Justine joins Arete from Ericsson (News - Alert) where she served in a variety of field, management, and corporate roles throughout the US and most recently managed the Site Acquisition Turf Vendor project for AT&T (News - Alert) in the Pittsburgh, PA market. Justine began her career with Maxton Technology and has since managed projects including fiber, construction, EF&I and site acquisition. She has extensive knowledge in managing profitable wireless infrastructure programs. Justine is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College.

Arete specializes in construction, modification, maintenance, concealment and temporary installation of telecommunications towers, networks, and facilities.
