Kenya Red Cross, water company have vacancies [Nation (Kenya)]

(Nation (Kenya) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Are you enthusiastic about working in a humanitarian organisation? The Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) has vacancies for you.

The humanitarian organisation is looking for a legal officer whom it will task with effective management of legal and contractual risks.

The firm has also advertised for two positions of county managers who will be posted in Garissa and Wajir respectively.

Other posts advertised for include a communications and multimedia manager as well as a human resource business partner. Applications for these positions should be sent on or before January 24.

Elsewhere, Kericho Water and Sanitation Company needs fresh blood to take charge and support implementation of its automated systems, in particular GIS, billing, accounting and customer management platforms.

It also seeks to hire a commercial and finance boss who will be expected to develop and implement strategies and plans that help achieve its objectives.

The firm also has a post for an ICT manager. The individual will be expected to steer the development and implementation of information communication and technology policies to enhance effectiveness in the firm.

Other positions advertised for include: human resources and administration manager, a technical services manager as well as an internal auditor.

All the above positions in the Kericho-based business will be on a three-year renewable contract, based on satisfactory performance.Interested candidates must demonstrate and meet requirements of chapter six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
