AdMedia Partners Advises EffectiveBrands in its Acquisition by WPP's Millward Brown

M&A advisory firm AdMedia Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce that it
acted as the exclusive financial advisor to EffectiveBrands, one of the
world's leading marketing strategy consulting firms, in its acquisition
by Millward Brown, a global leader in brand, media and communications

Millward Brown will combine EffectiveBrands with Millward Brown Optimor,
