TrueVue 360(TM) Announces TrueVue IT(TM)

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/14 -- TrueVue 360™, a wholly owned subsidiary of Information Systems Associates (OTCQB: IOSA), has released a new Software as a Service (SaaS) offering for Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM). The objective of the new offering is to increase efficiency in today's complex data center operations by providing unmatched accuracy of IT asset information.

ITAM ranks in the top three of priorities within a Data Center; a solution like TrueVue IT™ helps organizations maintain the accurate and current asset inventory that is critical for procurement decisions as well as audits. It is the primary requirement in determining where best to deploy assets based on space and power availability.

"IT departments and especially data centers are under tremendous pressure for high service levels with low total cost of ownership, but are still expected to deliver a complete service to their users," said Peter Schwoerer, EVP of Sales & Marketing at TrueVue 360™. "As a cloud based solution, the design of our platform will allow us to evolve and add functionality based on what our clients will demand, both now and in the future." He went on to say "that because of parent company ISA's significant experience in this arena, TrueVue 360™ will be able to offer a range of complementary services to aid with collecting, auditing and managing data, should the client require it. I am also excited that TrueVue IT™ will also leverage the process for mobile data collection patented by ISA," he added.

Clients using TrueVue IT™ will have web-based access to a system that will contain a comprehensive, searchable database of all their IT assets and using various reporting options, significantly enhancing their ability to manage their environment. The open architecture, workflow based design of TrueVue IT™ allows integration with existing data center infrastructure tools and platforms that already may be in use in the customer's environment. TrueVue IT™ was designed and built in partnership with partner FacilityTeam Inc., based in Canada. The companies executed a 5-year software development agreement earlier this year. Chris Dodds, FacilityTeam Inc.'s founder and President, said, "I am pleased to see TrueVue 360™ announce the first SaaS offering of our joint development effort. Both companies benefit from our respective experience and knowledge bases in using technology to track and manage assets." TrueVue IT and FacilityTeam Inc. offerings share a common development platform from which each company customizes its offerings to the specific application area.

TrueVue IT™ was designed specifically so that clients can continue to leverage their existing IT investments. The benefit for data center and IT Managers is accurately knowing exactly what is (or should be) installed, where it is located within the data center and how it is being used including power requirements. This allows the organization to maximize its investment and efficiently manage growth in usage, space and power. Additionally, TrueVue IT™ is inherently flexible so that each client has the ability to add and track fields that may be unique to their data center and organizational needs.

An integral part of TrueVue IT™ implementation is our patented process for data collect in the data center to establish a solid foundation and baseline of all assets.

TrueVue IT™ will be released for selected clients immediately and will be generally available July 7th.
