Pluribus Networks Announces Education Program for Network Administrators and Planners

PALO ALTO, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Pluribus Networks, the company that brings together compute, network, storage and virtualization into a single, open and programmable SDN platform, announced today Pluribus Education Services. This new program is designed to equip network administrators and planners with the tools to install, configure and manage a network based on Pluribus Networks technology in the fast-paced world of SDN, network virtualization and OpenStack. It combines training on both Netvisor™, the Pluribus network hypervisor, and the company's network computing appliance and Server-Switch hardware. The company will share more information about its training program while demonstrating its SDN solutions at OSCON 2014, Booth P13, in Portland, Oregon, July 20-24.

"As our installed base grows, these new offerings enable our customers to maximize the return on their Pluribus investment through increased productivity, lower support costs and technology expertise," said Dirk Campbell, vice prsident of customer advocacy at Pluribus. "Coupled with Freedom Care, our 24x7 global support offering that has already delivered leading customer satisfaction scores, this education program helps make the network a competitive asset and not just a cost center."

The complete list of upcoming Pluribus Netvisor and Freedom platform administration courses is here.
