TGWasteWater Treatment Systems LLC will continue to manufacture septic systems for the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. The new company, TG Online LLC, will take over the online sales and will focus on continuing to sell top-quality septic tank parts and accessories to customers from all over the country.

As a company spokesperson noted, the transition from one company to two will be seamless and it will not cause any interruptions in service. The changes are scheduled to take place on August 1, 2014.

Currently, TGWasteWater Treatment Systems LLC is owned by Thomas Talbott and Mitchell Gardner, who have a 70 percent and 30 percent stake in the company, respectively. As part of the split into two companies, Daniel Bryant will be given a 30 percent stake in the company, leaving Talbott with 51 percent and Gardner with 19 percent. Bryant will also serve as president of TG Online LLC.

As the company spokesperson noted, Bryant was selected to join the TG Online LLC team as president because he has consistently increased the revenues of the online department by over 10 percent a month since creating the department. At just 22 years of age, Bryant is a highly-skilled and successful entrepreneur who has helped TGWasteWater Treatment Systems LLC to nearly double its revenues and increase its profit margins by over 7 percent. In his new role of president, Bryant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the website function and performance, as well as continuing to improve the company’s SEO, marketing strategy and product additions.
